November 17, 2020 (Katy, Texas) – Four brand-new Igloo Playmate coolers inspired by the globally loved Star Wars™ saga just landed in our galaxy. Each special-edition design, in partnership with Lucasfilm, features custom artwork depicting fan-favorite characters, from a legendary Wookiee warrior and droid allies to fearsome villains. This new collection of Playmate Pal and Playmate Mini coolers — including Chewbacca, Boba Fett, BB-8 and Stormtrooper — expands upon Igloo’s previously released Star Wars™ Playmates. Igloo artfully designed each new Star Wars™-inspired Playmate with detailed custom graphics on all four sides of the cooler’s tent top, perfectly capturing the featured character. The Chewbacca Playmate Pal serves as a faithful first mate, while the BB-8 Playmate Mini showcases the adorable astromech droid and fellow ally. On the dark side, the Boba Fett Playmate Pal is inspired by the most notorious bounty hunter in the galaxy, and the Stormtrooper Playmate Pal depicts a fearsome member of the Imperial Army.
