Today sees the dawn of another new Star Wars Rebels short. The fourth in a series counting down to the premiere of Rebels in October, this short features Ezra – the youngest member of the Ghost crew. Check it out below!

In “Not What You Think,” a special Star Wars Rebels short, Ezra finds a downed TIE fighter on the plains of Lothal. The young rebel opens the ship’s hatch — pretending to help the ungrateful Imperial pilot — and leaves with a few souvenirs.

I am totally excited for this show, but I am concerned as to whether or not Disney will release full seasons on home video.

Gian, my friend! I’m sure Disney will release the full seasons. I don’t see them letting that opportunity pass. Depending on their contracts and all, it could come through Netflix or digital download first, then eventually hitting DVD and Blu-Ray.

I hope so Aaron. I am just a bit worried since Disney has not had the greatest track record when it comes to releasing full shows that are not on ABC. I am still waiting for them to finish releasing the last volumes of shows like Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck and Gummi Bears. And the last two seasons of The Muppet Show. So far the only show I know of that they have completely released is TaleSpin. The last volume was only available as an exclusive to the Disney Movie Club seven years after the first two volumes were released. And current popular shows like Gravity Falls and Phineas & Ferb still do not have full seasons available to purchase on DVD or Blu-ray.
