Entertainment Weekly has another excerpt from Star Wars: Canto Bight, the latest book release on the Journey to The Last Jedi. This snippet is from a story called “The Wine in Dreams” by Mira Grant and features “wine-hunter” Derla Pidys.
Here’s a brief intro to the excerpt:
“It’s a city filled with opportunity. There are very high stakes,” says Michael Siglain, creative director of Lucasfilm Publishing. “This is Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous for Star Wars. But looks can certainly be deceiving, and everything isn’t always as beautiful as it seems.”
The excerpt’s arrival comes on Nov. 17 — which also happens to be “Life Day,” for those fans who celebrate the space holiday introduced to Earth on this date in 1978’s Star Wars Holiday Special.
