In an effort to encourage students to work toward the betterment of their school and community, and inspired by the charitable Star Wars initiative, the West Hempstead Union Free School District is organizing “Soph Wars: Force for Change Day” on December 18th.
Since budget constraints can sometimes hinder what the students would like to accomplish, they will be raising funds by raffling off 20 gift baskets containing items donated by companies such as F.Y.E., Chipotle, Rovio Entertainment (creators of Angry Birds), Disney, JAKKS Pacific, Vineyard Vines, and more!

Each raffle ticket is $1 and you can purchase 6 tickets for $5.
The raffle is open to US residents, but HURRY — The deadline for entry is Friday, December 18 at 1pm EST.
Prizes will be shipped out to the winners, postage paid. Since this is all happening online, photos of the raffle tickets can be provided to the entrants.
