THE CIRCUIT AWAKENS
Join us for a galactic geek-out like no other! You could win a $3K trip to the Disney World Star Wars Park, littleBits Kits & more.
The Star Wars fever is upon us. With dozens of companies celebrating the much-anticipated film release, DIY electronics company littleBits is taking a personal spin on things and putting The Force in the hands of Jedi everywhere with its “Bit Wars” competition on Thursday (11/19).
The competition is asking people to invent their own Star Wars devices. Want to create your very own lightsaber? How about a remote-controlled R2-D2? You can do it all with littleBits and the company has created this tongue-in-cheek trailer to provide inspiration here:
All submissions will be judged by those possessing impressive amounts of The Force including — Amy Ratcliffe of StarWars.com, Wookieepedia, and Lou Pecora (Academy award nominee for his VFX work on Star Trek, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Iron Man 3, and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End).
Deadline to enter is December 19.
